Ana is my teacher and primary influence because she has inspired me to go into the dark places, to begin clearing the bad habits and attitudes that were hardening and keeping me numb.  She sets a personal example: living with great integrity and a willingness to move boldly into places that scare you.  Studying with Ana and practicing this powerful style of yoga has changed my life.  I feel compelled to share this with others.
